Advancing learning and success across the preschool to Grade 3 continuum

The Center for Early Learning Success fosters collaboration and partnerships across states, districts, and regions to transform and strengthen preschool to Grade 3 learning systems.

About Us

The Center on Early Learning Success (CELS) is a national technical assistance center dedicated to supporting regional, state, local, and tribal educational agencies in implementing preschool to Grade 3 (PK–3) learning systems. Through collaboration and partnerships across states, districts, and regions, CELS advances learning and strengthens systems to improve student outcomes and life-long success.

Our Work

CELS supports agencies to strengthen developmentally informed and evidence-based PK–3 curriculum and learning across five priority areas: Pedagogy of Early Learning, Early Literacy Instruction, Early Math Instruction, Kindergarten Transitions, and Parent and Family Partnerships to Support Regular Attendance.
